Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional support to our users, addressing technical issues, and providing solutions to complex problems * Hosting webinars and office hours to engage with users and provide educational content * Contributing to the development of our internal processes and structures, ensuring scalability and efficiency * Collaborating with our Product Team to gain a deeper understanding of the user experience and inform product development **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a university degree and work experience in a customer-facing role in startup and/or tech-related environments.
