As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and retention. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide premium service and support to customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence • Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions • Provide product information, website navigation, and general support to customers • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time **Essential Qualifications** • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong typing skills (40 WPM) and ability to navigate multiple software applications • Reliable internet connection with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with ability to hardwire • Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, between 8am-7pm Central Time, Monday-Sunday **Preferred Qualifications** • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on footwear or retail products • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools • Experience with social media platforms and online communities • Ability to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Strong typing skills (40 WPM) and ability to navigate multiple software applications • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
