You'll work closely with our team to gather thorough documentation, enter information into various systems, and respond to calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous, accurate, and concise manner. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and that our programs are delivered with integrity and compassion. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide quality customer service to individuals seeking information and support related to our Medicaid programs * Gather thorough documentation and enter information into various systems * Respond to calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous, accurate, and concise manner * Evaluate information received through phone contact, ask appropriate follow-up questions, solicit additional information, and evaluate potential impact * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and guidelines related to our Medicaid programs * Complete all assigned training as necessary * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support * Utilize standard technology, including telephones, email, and web browsers * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education preferred * Minimum of six (6) months' experience in customer service * Strong computer skills with the ability to maneuver in complex software systems * MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage experience * Active listening skills * Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service * Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing * Excellent data entry skills with the ability to type 28-30 words per minute accurately * Willingness to work part of a team * Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records and communications **Preferred Qualifications** * Minimum of six (6) months' experience in Family Medical Medicaid eligibility * Knowledge of Medicaid and managed care programs * Bilingual Spanish/English with the ability to speak and read both languages fluently * Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work, business) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow professionally and develop new skills.
