We're seeking an experienced CPC Processor Customer Support Representative to join our high-performing, values-driven team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, ensuring seamless medical record requests and status updates. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a knack for navigating high-volume production environments, we want to hear from you! **Job Summary:** As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests, taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors. You'll work in a remote call center environment, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. We offer comprehensive onsite/virtual training, job shadowing with an assigned mentor, and company equipment, including a computer, monitor, virtual phone, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status * Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors * Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) * Work in a high-volume production environment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical record requests * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues * Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders * Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer inquiries and issues **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a healthcare or medical records environment * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical records management systems * Certification in medical records or a related field (e.g., CPC, CMC) * Experience working in a remote call center environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer inquiries and issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
