We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent and offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. **Job Responsibilities** As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Supporting the development of a framework for continuous assessment of risks at arenaflex finance * Working with the legal and external teams to implement and comply with new regulatory changes relevant to arenaflex Finance * Monitoring the testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs) as described under the Companies Act 2013 associated with Corporate Finance * Assisting initiatives within the finance teams to ensure that internal/external audit observations are addressed and critical actions are taken within the dedicated timelines for the closure of the observations * Supporting STPI-SEZ statutory compliance with daily activities * Managing the GRC tool in Archer, which may include: + Evaluating compliance with Finance; Treasury; Tax, HR – Payroll & STPI & SEZ compliance, including but not limited to: - Ensuring that withholding taxes are deposited in accordance with the statutory timelines - Ensuring compliance with various Customs-related Acts, GST, MSME, Companies Act, etc. - Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act 2000 + Partnering with the FAR team, HR, and legal teams to ensure all Human Resources-related statutes (e.g. Provident Fund; Gratuity; Payments of Bonus Act), etc. are complied with + Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures and assisting in physical verification of current assets + Building and evaluating RACI and assisting teams within Corporate Finance + Assisting team members in compliance with the Information Protection Policies and data control of the company + Preparing a compliance dashboard for management to provide and update on Operational and Compliance status **Reporting/Working Relationships** Reports to Sr Manager Finance Compliance Works closely with the finance pyramid team members and other key stakeholders **Job Requirements** * College degree in accounting * Preferably a Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary with 1-4 years of post-qualification work experience * From a reputable accounting firm or auditing firm (ideally audit practice/compliance) * Preferably having expertise in indirect taxation/STPI & SEZ/HR law expertise/FEMA * Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in detail * Good communication skills * Proficiency in primary accounting systems **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work-from-home arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-profile projects and initiatives **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
