With our momentum—backed by a $12 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work. **Job Summary** As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for onboarding Clients and setting them up for durable relationships with arenaflex to enable long-term success. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle accounts with lower/medium complexity onboarding requirements in either our SMB/MM segments * Identify and flag risks that will lead to delayed onboarding * Be the source of knowledge for the customer for the products they are looking to onboard * Build a relationship with the customer to set them up for success with arenaflex * Collect product and operational feedback and share it with relevant internal stakeholders * Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests * Lead each onboarding as a project, coordinating with all stakeholders internal and external making sure that all parties involved in the project are kept up to date **Qualifications** * Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience * Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, or private equity * Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them * Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion successfully * Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality * Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data * Curious by nature and interested in making an impact **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
