We're seeking an exceptional AI Automation Coach & Winery Chat Agent Developer to join our team and help us revolutionize the way wineries interact with their customers. We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we're excited to welcome a talented individual like you to our team. **Role Overview** As an AI Automation Coach & Winery Chat Agent Developer, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our vision of creating a seamless and personalized customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing advanced customer-facing and internal-use AI agents using n8n, Make.com, Voiceflow, or comparable tools * Integrating custom APIs and webhooks to retrieve customer-specific data and provide real-time lookups and natural-language querying * Creating a robust, intelligent website agent that interacts with visitors, answers frequently asked questions, and integrates with key systems * Developing a knowledge base that connects to internal knowledge base systems (Airtable, Google Docs, etc.) and populates with product sheets, club structure docs, experience FAQs, and internal winery SOPs or customer service protocols * Integrating with e-commerce platforms (Commerce7), CRM systems (Go High Level), and fulfillment partners (Wineshipping.com) to retrieve live order status and shipment data * Providing bi-weekly coaching and shared learning pathway to help the client understand and adjust workflows created, or hand off to others with minimal retraining * Delivering fully functional customer-facing website agents, structured, queryable knowledge bases, and API integrations with Commerce7, Go High Level, and Wineshipping **Engagement Structure** * Live Coaching: Bi-weekly Zoom sessions (60–90 mins), screenshare format * Solo Development: Able to work independently to meet aggressive timelines * Communication: Ongoing async updates via Google Chat, Slack, or email between sessions **Project 1: Winery Chat Agent MVP (Customer-Facing)** * Goal: Develop a robust, intelligent website agent that interacts with visitors, answers frequently asked questions, and integrates with key systems to retrieve customer-specific data * MVP Use Cases and Features: + General Customer Support + FAQs about the winery, tasting experiences, winemaker, and brand story + Detailed wine information including tasting notes, food pairings, ideal drinking windows, winemaking practices, and winery appointment and experience descriptions + General guidance about wine club structures and assistance on joining + Shipping, returns, bottle replacement policy, gifting, etc. + Knowledge Base Integration + System Integrations: - Commerce7 (E-Commerce Platform) - Go High Level (CRM) - Wineshipping.com (Fulfillment Partner) **Who You Are** * Expert in n8n, Make.com, Voiceflow, or comparable tools * Experienced with custom API integration and webhook handling * Familiar with LLM agent frameworks (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) * Able to work with non-mainstream platforms like Commerce7 * Clear communicator who can teach while building * Bonus: Experience working with wineries, e-commerce, or hospitality brands **Proposal Requirements** * Hourly or project-based rate * Timezone and availability * Your experience with API integrations and agent frameworks * Your experience teaching or coaching clients * Any similar projects you’ve completed * Tools you'd recommend to simplify and scale **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly or project-based rate * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the wine industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements to suit your needs **How to Apply** If you're a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about AI and automation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
