Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is at the heart of every interaction, and we strive to create a workplace that reflects the growing world around us. **Job Summary** As a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist, you will be part of a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team, handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988. You will provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress.
