ZGF Architects is seeking an Entry-Level Interior Designer to join their team in Washington D.C. The role involves producing design drawings and working collaboratively under the supervision of experienced professionals in various project opportunities. Responsibilities Produce design drawings, presentation drawings, graphic design work, and digital and physical modeling in support of Architecture, Urban Design, and Interior Design, as well as marketing efforts Work under close supervision and receive instruction and mentoring regarding tasks and management Perform rudimentary interior design assignments and work collaboratively with others toward design solutions Skills Creative curiosity is required Architectural ability in the design of buildings and site Basic understanding of architectural design, interior design, and construction principles Applicants ought to have a professional Architecture or Interior Design degree 0-4 years of related experience Professional experience is beneficial but not required Previous experience with the production of design documentation would be valuable Revit and Enscape proficiency preferred, but not required Good communication and graphic skills along with physical and digital modeling and rendering ability is desired Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision coverage with a generous employer contribution HSA with employer contribution 401k with employer match 4 weeks of PTO 10 paid holidays per year Paid parental and family leave programs Hybrid work environment Company Overview With our origins in Oregon, attention to craft and beauty is elemental to the ZGF culture.
