Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries about their 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance * Providing education and resources to help customers make informed decisions about their financial futures * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **What to Expect** As a new Financial Customer Associate, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will join a training cohort of associates and spend 14 weeks learning about the financial services industry, developing your skills, and gaining new experiences. You will start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients' 401k plans. In the subsequent months, you will continue taking customer calls to develop and hone your skills. You will have time in the day to join team activities, receive well-being support, and career coaching.
