Vezloo is Hiring: English Speakers (100% Remote) Vezloo is currently looking for English-speaking professionals to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a stable work schedule and the chance to work within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational agents, from requirements gathering to production deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor agent performance and analyze user interactions to identify gaps and drive continuous optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, graph creators, QA, and clients) to ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution. Lead testing and quality assurance of conversational flows, validating accuracy and readiness for deployment. Support client onboarding and implementation, while documenting processes, updates, and operational guidelines. Ensure timely delivery of tasks in line with quality standards, while maintaining strict data confidentiality and compliance.
