We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with deep expertise in Magic: The Gathering and a talent for building strong B2B relationships. In this role, you’ll partner with retailers across the country to keep them stocked with the most in-demand releases, while helping them navigate trends and grow their business. If you combine strong sales instincts with working knowledge of Magic and related hobby categories, this is a unique opportunity to turn your passion into a thriving career. This role will play a key part in identifying and developing an emerging market segment focused on non-hobby retail. You’ll help expand our reach by introducing the category to new retail formats and forging strategic partnerships outside the traditional hobby space. What You’ll Do: Build and Own Your Territory – Prospect, develop, and grow your own book of business by identifying high-potential accounts and turning them into long-term partners. Drive Growth as a Strategic Partner – Become a trusted advisor to emerging markets and non-hobby retail, helping them navigate product launches, category trends, and growth opportunities. Lead with Insight – Stay ahead of industry trends, product releases, and community dynamics to confidently guide your customers on what to stock and when. Deliver Operational Excellence – Manage orders with precision, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and a seamless customer experience. Own the Presell Cycle – Drive early demand by promoting key upcoming releases and securing advance orders that deliver value to your accounts. Expand and Elevate Accounts – Actively seek ways to increase account value through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new product lines. Stay Financially Savvy – Monitor accounts receivable and ensure orders remain within established terms and credit limits. Bring Passion and Reliability – Your energy, persistence, and professionalism will be key to building credibility and driving repeat business. What You Bring: 2+ years of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management — preferably in the collectibles, hobby, or specialty retail industries A strong understanding of Magic: The Gathering — including formats, releases, and the player and retailer ecosystem Passion for trading cards, TCGs, comics, or collectibles and familiarity with the hobby retail space Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — you’re persuasive, clear, and comfortable speaking with business owners A hunter mentality — you enjoy prospecting, building relationships from the ground up, and turning leads into lasting partnerships Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities with accuracy and follow-through Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment #LI-Remote
