Draken International is expanding its presence in Europe and the Middle East, and we expect to recruit multiple Electronic Warfare (EW) Ground Training Instructors over the next 12–24 months. These instructors will be deployed or detached to customer locations, with support and integration training provided by Draken. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, delivering cutting-edge EW training to military customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities : EW Ground Training Instructor · Lead the delivery and development of all EW ground training syllabi. · Support the development of airborne training syllabi and EW playbook profiles by providing SME input to the EW Training Manager, alongside other EWOs and Pilots—ensuring strong links between ground academic training and airborne execution. · Provide up-to-date syllabi and playbook information to the EW Training Manager and Coordination Cell for end-user units. · Arrange and deliver ground training support materials and completion certificates. · Work with IT support to ensure availability and functionality of ground training aids. · Maintain and actively promote a safety-first approach, operating in accordance with Draken International’s Safety standards. · Uphold Draken International’s Vision, Mission, Customer Promise, and Core Values. · Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by management within your area of expertise.
