Role: Education Services Architect Location: US Remote (preference will be taken to Dallas, TX based candidates) Travel: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% Synonymous Business Title (s): Education Architect, Intermediate Overview: The Education Architect within the Professional Services organization is responsible for delivering high-impact, client-facing training that drives adoption and effective use of Blue Yonder solutions. Operating within a client-centric Education Services organization, this role focuses on delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences while developing and maintaining high-quality training content. The Education Architect enables customer success by translating complex solution capabilities into practical, real-world applications, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, and Education teams to ensure alignment with product evolution, implementation needs, and customer outcomes. This position is designed for professionals with experience delivering training and enablement within enterprise software, consulting, or professional services environments , rather than traditional academic or classroom‑based education settings. What You’ll Be Doing: Training Delivery & Facilitation Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and onsite) across assigned Blue Yonder solutions Tailor sessions to align with customer objectives, use cases, and skill levels Facilitate hands-on learning that reinforces real-world application Maintain a professional, confident presence in all customer interactions Content Development & Maintenance Develop and maintain training materials aligned to current product capabilities and roadmap Incorporate practical scenarios to enhance applicability and learner engagement Continuously improve course structure, flow, and effectiveness Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Management and Product Development to stay current on solution enhancements Collaborate with Professional Services to align training with implementation approaches and customer needs Work with Education Operations and peers to ensure consistency in delivery standards and content quality Customer Enablement & Experience Translate complex functional and technical concepts into clear, actionable learning Guide customers in applying training concepts within their operational environments Gather and apply learner feedback to improve training effectiveness Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience across engagements Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Track key learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomes Identify opportunities to improve delivery, scalability, and learner engagement Contribute to standardization of best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3–5 years of experience delivering training (instructor-led, virtual) in Supply Chain, Consulting or Professional Services. Must have experience with enterprise software or SaaS solutions. Experience in customer-facing roles such as training, implementation, or operational enablement Functional or technical experience in one or more of the following: 1) Allocation and Replenishment (including legacy Fulfillment and Order Optimization) OR 2) Demand and Supply Planning (including legacy planning solutions such as Legacy Allocation, Dynamic Allocation, Enterprise Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization) Soft Skills & Competencies Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to solve functional and technical challenges in real time High attention to quality and detail in delivery and content Adaptability in dynamic, customer-facing environments Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to impactful learning #LI-MH1 ------------------------------------------- The base salary for this position is $91,112 to $114,888 USD. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
