The E-commerce Manager (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee) job role is as follows: Main Objectives β€’ Drive high traffic to online stores and product pages. β€’ Maintain high store ratings through excellent operations and customer service. β€’ Build and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities 1. Online Store Operations β€’ Set up, manage, and continuously optimize store pages across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. β€’ Ensure accurate and attractive product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock management). β€’ Monitor competitor stores to adjust pricing and campaigns for competitiveness. β€’ Track store performance metrics daily (traffic, conversion, sales, rating, return rate). 2. Marketing & Traffic Growth β€’ Plan and execute platform-specific marketing campaigns (Flash Sales, Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales, etc.). β€’ Optimize product visibility with SEO keywords, hashtags, and relevant categories. β€’ Manage advertising budgets for Lazada Sponsored Ads, Shopee Ads, and TikTok Ads. β€’ Coordinate influencer collaborations and affiliate programs to increase reach. β€’ Ensure consistent use of promotions, vouchers, and bundling strategies to attract buyers. 3. TikTok Live & Video Content β€’ Plan TikTok content calendar (product reviews, unboxing, promotions, behind-the-scenes). β€’ Coordinate and chase livestreamers / KOLs / internal staff to go live regularly. β€’ Monitor live performance and adjust strategies to increase viewers and sales. β€’ Repurpose live content into short-form videos for TikTok feed, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live. 4. Customer Service & Store Rating β€’ Oversee timely responses to all customer inquiries and chats (within SLA). β€’ Ensure smooth order processing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution. β€’ Manage return/refund cases in line with platform policies. β€’ Collect customer feedback to improve service and maintain store rating above 4.7 stars. β€’ Train and supervise support staff to ensure professional and fast replies. 5. Reporting & Analytics β€’ Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, ads ROI, traffic, and rating reports. β€’ Identify gaps in performance and propose action plans. β€’ Forecast demand and coordinate with warehouse/stock teams to avoid OOS or oversupply. 6. Team & Vendor Management β€’ Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery operations. β€’ Work closely with design/creative team for product images and promotional materials. β€’ Liaise with finance/admin for budgeting, campaign claims, and invoice tracking. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) β€’ Store rating maintained at β‰₯ 4.7/5 across all platforms. β€’ Monthly traffic growth target (e.g., +20% MoM). β€’ Sales conversion rate β‰₯ industry benchmark (Shopee 3–5%, Lazada 2–4%, TikTok 5–8%). β€’ Timely response rate β‰₯ 95%. β€’ Order fulfillment accuracy β‰₯ 99%. β€’ Minimum number of TikTok live sessions per week (e.g., 3–5).
