We are looking for an experienced Director, Finance Technology to join our team at Sysco! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems and technology, and will be an innovative and creative problem-solver. As the Director, Finance Technology, you will lead a team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and applications. The successful candidate will also be a strategic partner to the CFO and other senior business leaders, providing insights and data-driven decision making.To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 10+ years of progressive experience in financial systems and technology. You must also have extensive experience in financial analysis and forecasting, and in leading a team of professionals. A CPA or MBA is preferred. Additionally, you must have the ability to think strategically, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable motivating and leading a cross-functional team. Responsibilities: Lead a team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and applications. Provide strategic insights and data-driven decision making to the CFO and other senior business leaders. Prepare and present financial analysis and forecasting. Manage cross-functional teams and motivate team members. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with established financial and accounting regulations. Identify and address process improvement opportunities. Monitor and review system performance and adjust accordingly. Perform research and analysis of financial data and trends.
