The Role The role requires originating bold concepts while working within brand systems. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team and work independently with confidence. What You’ll Do Take ideas from concept through final handoff alongside creatives, technologists, producers, and leadership. Develop original design directions and refine work within established brand guidelines and visual centers. Combine conceptual thinking with strong craft and attention to detail while being responsible for the completeness of your work. Adapt to different brand styles and visual directions, spotting opportunities for unexpected interactive, environmental, or animation outputs. Find outside inspiration, and bring new thinking and ideas into the studio. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud Strong portfolio showing solid fundamentals, attention to detail, inventive design thinking and high-level execution in brand experience work A collaborative team player that is highly motivated, pro-active and positive. Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a remote work setting. The salary range for this position is starts at $60 hourly . Hourly rate is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography. Hovercraft is a remote-first company, working primarily on Pacific and Mountain time. You must be eligible to work in the US as a 1099 contractor.
