Grade D - £30,373 (National) or £36,229 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. As a Delivery Support Officer , you’ll play an important role in supporting the team to ensure the end-to-end process of delivery is well planned, well prepared and delivered to the required timescales. In the last year as a Delivery Support Officer in Delivery Unit , you might have: Produced accurate notes and outputs from governance boards that influenced national priorities. Coordinated small initiatives to improve delivery processes and strengthen programme oversight. The role You’ll play an important part in delivering our mission. In this role, you’ll: Capture governance outputs: Take clear notes of decisions and actions from leadership meetings and produce concise outputs. Support reporting and assurance: Pull together data for progress reports and help manage risks, issues, and documentation controls. Coordinate delivery processes: Arrange meetings, maintain governance documentation, and guide colleagues through delivery tools. Show us We’ll be looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Experience supporting governance boards, including producing accurate records of decisions and actions in fast-paced meetings. Ability to analyse and present progress data, risks, and issues using tools like Excel and Word. You should be comfortable working autonomously, well organised, and able to take responsibility for discrete tasks while building effective relationships with senior colleagues and stakeholders.
