Job Description

PEI is a growing company in the events sector, seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to enhance client relationships and drive sales within the private equity market. The role involves selling delegate places and network memberships, conducting product demos, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Selling delegate places and network memberships over the phone to senior decision makers in the private equity sector, primarily into the Americas markets Conduct product demos of membership platforms to private markets professionals Delivering against daily/weekly/monthly targets tied to call activity, talk time, demos, and closed sales Own KPI performance across the sales funnel, including demo volume, opportunity creation, and revenue conversion Effectively communicate value propositions and key selling points in both written and verbal outreach Working closely with production and marketing stakeholders to provide detailed pipeline feedback, prospect insights, and commercial positioning for each event product Learn and implement the call process and internal sales methodology with consistency and discipline Execute the sales strategy across multiple product lines, with accountability for territory, pipeline development, and revenue targets Embrace sales training, coaching, and best-practice methodology with a growth mindset Skills Self-motivated and has a strong work ethic Confident communicating with senior executives in a professional sales context Driven by results with high standard for quality and execution and comfortable operating within structured sales processes and workflows Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Collaborative and open to coaching, training, and feedback and an active listener with strong questioning and discovery skills Proven ability to deliver against key sales metrics and KPIs Demonstrated aptitude for active listening and a value-based sales methodology Polished, articulate phone presence, negotiation and objection handling skills Highly goal-focused and motivated by achieving high personal standards in all aspects of work Fast learner, with a growth mindset and passionate about succeeding in sales Has a natural curiosity and passion for continuous learning Ability to work independently as well as in a team Values team success and contributes to shared sales outcomes and learning Confident and professional manner (written and verbal) An interest in private markets and alternative investing would be an advantage but not essential Benefits Growth potential - the ability grow and develop within a competitive environment.
