As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for updating file names, reviewing and verifying metadata, and organizing folder structures. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and document management, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry and Document Management Associate, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Updating file names and ensuring standardized naming formats are applied * Reviewing each document and confirming or remedying metadata across the following fields, including: + Internal Party + Counterparty + Relationship Type + Contract Type + Key Relationship Indicator + Internal Signer + Scheme * Examining all documents in the category of Invoices to assess whether there is legal importance and flagging items to delete when no legal importance is found * Reviewing all documents lacking execution and flagging for deletion as appropriate * Organizing folder structure and folder contents * Performing other tasks as identified **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High attention to detail with a very low error rate * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Proficiency in highly organized data entry * Prior experience working with legal documents is strongly preferred * Technical proficiency in file organization and document tools, including: + MS Word + Adobe Acrobat + MS Excel + Standard Web Tool Navigation (CLMs and traditional SaaS websites) **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (preferred) * 3 years of experience in data entry and typing at 60 WPM (preferred) * 3 years of experience in document verification (preferred) * 1 year of experience in legal research (preferred) * 1 year of experience in MS Office and Adobe (preferred) **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
