Your role as a Data Analyst (Part-Time) As a Data Analyst at Bridge Partners, you will improve our customers' ability to make informed decisions through thoughtful analysis of data assets. You will work closely with internal and client teams to identify meaningful business questions, assess data quality, and derive valuable insights that drive impact. You will act as a trusted partner in “mining the data” to uncover unique perspectives, applying the right analytical methods and prioritizing efforts to deliver timely, actionable outcomes. This role requires both technical expertise and strong business acumen to translate data into clear, compelling insights for a range of audiences. How you’ll contribute Partner with internal teams (BI Architects, Practice Directors, Client Directors) to deliver analytics products and services Anticipate and answer critical business questions by delivering impactful, insight-driven analysis Prioritize and sequence analytical approaches to surface meaningful insights early in the process Communicate progress, status, and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Apply strong data hygiene practices and implement strategies to address data quality issues Build scalable, automated processes and tools to support rapid onboarding of new datasets Assess data quality and determine the feasibility of answering specific business questions Leverage a range of analytical methods, from summary statistics to predictive and multivariate analysis Present findings confidently to Bridge Partners and client stakeholders Collaborate effectively in client meetings by asking clarifying questions and explaining results Adapt quickly to evolving business questions, datasets, and priorities Translate complex findings into clear deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, reports) Your skills and approach Strong knowledge of BI and advanced analytics use cases and methodologies Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with at least one database platform (e.g., SQL Server, AWS, Azure, Hadoop) Experience with R or Python preferred Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI and machine learning–driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to streamline workflows, automate analysis, and enhance data-driven insights Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Domo) 3+ years of experience in a consultative role requiring problem definition and solution design Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Experience identifying and managing data quality issues proactively Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, evolving environment Compensation: The hourly range for this role is $45.00-$65.00/hour with an average of 5-20 hours per week . The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location.
