Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support * Handling phone calls with a calm and patient demeanor * Managing a variety of administrative tasks, such as booking appointments and dispatching technicians * Taking detailed information from customers and following up on outstanding estimates * Managing office emails and assisting with tasks in the showroom * Thriving in a fast-paced environment, keeping clients satisfied and operations running smoothly while maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service **Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative - CSR** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Experience using ServiceTitan (a plus) * Proficiency with computers and technology * Understanding of proper phone etiquette * Comfortable working in an office environment * Exceptional customer service skills * Ability to empathize with others and create a positive first impression * Excellent communication skills * Self-motivation, organization, and prioritization skills * Familiarity with the Rock Springs and Sweetwater county areas (a plus) **Work Schedule** This full-time office position works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary of up to $17 per hour based on experience, paid holidays, and paid vacations.
