We're a dynamic and fast-paced organization that's always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Partner at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately, including special instructions * Advising customers of any changes affecting their expectations regarding order fulfillment * Running and following up on Day-In-The-Life reports to ensure the order-to-payment process is fulfilled * Promoting and expanding sales through up-selling and cross-selling * Building relationships with key customers to manage requests for mutual benefit * Handling all incoming communications related to customer needs and expectations * Acting as a point of reference for the Sales Teams regarding order processes and distribution issues * Attending meetings to identify service improvement opportunities and communicate customer service KPIs * Communicating with Account Managers to maintain visibility on key customer issues * Recording, taking ownership of, and resolving customer complaints in line with company KPIs * Coordinating activities with other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction * Identifying and resolving the root causes of errors to prevent recurrence * Attending relevant training courses to develop skills and product knowledge * Providing backup support for team members as needed * Participating in company change processes through positive communication with customers * Keeping the Supervisor updated on account progress and customer service issues **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Partner at arenaflex, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent required * 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Customer Service function preferred * Accurate keyboarding skills * High-speed internet access for work-from-home capabilities when permitted * Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills * Computer literacy in SAP, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Docs * Ability to adapt to change and handle it easily * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage internal/external customers under stress * Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision * Strong analytical skills and adept at problem-solving **Nice-to-haves** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred * Flexible with work hours to cover different time zones * A team player with a friendly disposition and high energy * Willingness to learn and high attention to detail * Desire to challenge current processes for improvement **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home capabilities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
