Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable * Register sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items * Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested, process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products * Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, and complete resets and revisions as directed * Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, and have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products * Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store * Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance * Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned **Training & Personal Development:** * Attend training and complete PPLs (Performance and Productivity Learning) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior work experience with arenaflex * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Skills & Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities:** * arenaflex offers a range of career development opportunities, including training programs, mentorship, and promotions * Our team is passionate about helping our employees grow and succeed in their careers **Work Environment & Company Culture:** * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued and supported * Our company culture is built on a foundation of respect, empathy, and open communication **Compensation, Perks, & Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate * Opportunities for overtime and bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Discounts on arenaflex products and services **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and joining a dynamic team, apply now to become a Customer Service Ambassador at arenaflex.
