Your primary goal will be to ensure that every interaction with arenaflex is a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing top-notch customer service across multiple channels, addressing product and service inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. * Managing inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support, and navigating our website to ensure that customers have a smooth and efficient experience. * Taking ownership of every issue, resolving it from start to finish, and providing a best-in-class service experience that exceeds customer expectations. * Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to create a delightful experience, going beyond just solving a single problem and building long-term relationships with our customers. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. * 1+ year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience. * Availability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday. * Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). * VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: + Broadband internet connection with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. + Private and distraction-free home environment. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role: * 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience. * Experience working virtually. * Experience in veterinary/pet care. * Demonstrated ability to work as a team member. * Animal lover - a plus, but not required! **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, as well as opportunities to grow your career with a dynamic and growing company.
