We're committed to fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation, where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to make a difference. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: β’ Providing responsive, accurate, and compassionate service to customers and producers, aligned with arenaflex's mission, vision, and values. β’ Resolving inquiries across all communication channels with professionalism and diplomacy, striving for first-contact resolution. β’ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state statutes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant handling of policy administration tasks such as policy changes, contact updates, and payment plans. β’ Collaborating effectively with teammates and other departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service. β’ Managing workflows to meet service level targets and communicating progress clearly with team members and leadership. β’ Sharing customer and agent feedback to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. β’ Participating in ongoing training and development to deepen your understanding of the insurance industry and grow professionally. β’ Ensuring all communications meet industry and corporate compliance standards. β’ Working effectively in a remote-first, hybrid work environment while responsibly managing time and resources. β’ Performing other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need: β’ A Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and professional experience will be considered. β’ 1β3 years of experience in a customer service role; insurance industry experience is a plus. β’ Valid driver's license required. β’ Must obtain the Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) designation within the first 12 months of hire (provided by arenaflex). **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and producers. β’ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions. β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage workflows and meet service level targets. β’ Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies. β’ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. β’ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a culture of trust and respect. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development as a professional.
