Job Description

Williams College is introducing a newly created role for a CRM Integrity Analyst. In this position, you will leverage analytical skills to enhance CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and functionality to support fundraising and alumni engagement efforts. Responsibilities Evaluate operational needs and use expertise to strengthen CRM systems Collaborate with colleagues to enhance data structures, build and maintain reports, streamline workflows, and automate processes Design and implement system enhancements including queries, validations, and data structures Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and data integrity Evaluate, develop, code, test, implement, and document identified projects Simplify and automate tasks by reviewing existing processes Support system integrations, troubleshoot technical and data issues, and provide user support Partner with the Data Management team on key data entry work, including donations and constituent records Handle ad hoc tickets received from end users Serve as a backup when the Assistant Director is not available Skills Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in data quality assurance or data maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with data quality, data maintenance, and attention to detail Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems Proficiency with Google applications Strong discretion in handling confidential information Experience evaluating processes and identifying improvements Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team Experience with CRM queries, SQL, or other programming languages Experience with Slate CRM Experience with system integrations and data exchanges (SnapLogic a plus) Familiarity with advancement systems and business processes Benefits Generous health care Tuition reimbursement Professional development opportunities Paid leave Access to gym facilities Discounts with local vendors Retirement plans More Company Overview Williams College is a private, liberal arts college.
