Job Description
The Configuration Analyst is responsible for implementing advanced system configurations, analyzing requirements, and supporting medium-sized projects. This role requires strong technical skills, API integration experience, and the ability to troubleshoot intermediate-level issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You Will Do Implement complex configurations and customizations across systems and applications. Analyze business and system requirements to design optimal configurations. Configure, validate, and troubleshoot API endpoints for seamless integration. Use tools like Postman and Insomnia for API testing, automation, and validation. Develop detailed documentation for configurations, API workflows, and change management. Resolve intermediate-level configuration and API-related issues. Manage medium-sized configuration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions. What You Should Have 2–5 years of experience in configuration analysis or similar technical roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing technologies. Excellent communication skills for documenting and explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage inquiries independently. Familiarity with industry trends and willingness to learn new technologies. Technical Skills Proficiency in configuration tools and platforms (e.g., InsuredApp, Adobe, JIRA). Advanced experience with API testing and validation using Postman and Insomnia , including: Building and managing collections Writing and executing automated tests Handling authentication (OAuth, JWT, API keys) Parsing JSON/XML responses Understanding of RESTful API principles and HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE). Competence in MS Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
