Our headquarters is located in Henderson, NV. Position Overview We are seeking a Compliance Supervisor to support and help oversee our Compliance Management System (CMS). This role plays a key part in ensuring the company maintains compliance with applicable regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across policies, processes, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in mortgage compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk mitigation practices. Key Responsibilities Support the oversight and ongoing development of the company's Compliance Management System (CMS) Manage and track compliance exceptions, including root cause analysis and resolution Develop, implement, and monitor mitigation and corrective action plans Research and interpret federal and state regulatory requirements impacting mortgage operations Assist in updating and maintaining policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes Lead or support the rollout of compliance-related initiatives and regulatory updates Partner with Quality Control and other internal teams to ensure consistent compliance practices Monitor effectiveness of controls and recommend enhancements to reduce risk Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for compliance activities Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and third-party reviews Basic Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Encompass experience preferred Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry Experience working within a Compliance Management System (CMS) or similar framework Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations (e.g., CFPB, RESPA, TILA, ECOA) Experience developing or maintaining policies and procedures Background in compliance testing, quality control, or risk management preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience implementing regulatory changes and compliance initiatives Strong organizational skills with a focus on audit readiness Demonstrated ability to assess risk and recommend process improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Encompass and/or BlackKnight MSP experience preferred Benefits 401(k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Why Join Us?
