Registered Nurse (RN) – Remote (Part-Time) Care Finders Total Care LLC, a Modivcare Home Care Company – New Jersey Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Home Care company, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage a caseload of members and conduct 30-day patient satisfaction and quality assurance (QA) surveys via telephone. This role focuses on assessing members’ physical and psychosocial needs while maintaining accurate nursing documentation in our internal systems. Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to complete 30-day patient satisfaction surveys Assess members’ physical and psychosocial status Follow up on certified health conditions, current care plans, and program services Document all interactions and findings in the internal database Compensation & Schedule: Pay: $39–$42 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-time, remote position (hours may vary based on business needs) Requirements: Active RN license in New Jersey Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in the United States Current CPR certification Home care experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) Required Benefits and Perks… 401(k) with a 6% match Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts (retail, hotel, food, restaurants, car rental, and much more!)
