They are seeking a Client Services Associate to support a smooth onboarding experience for clients, focusing on documentation and account opening processes while conducting Pension and Investment analysis. Responsibilities Collating 3rd party pension information into a standardised format Conducting outbound calls with 3rd party providers Managing effective Inbound client information via email Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reporting non-compliance issues Skills Exceptional customer service and both written and verbal communication skills At least 1 year experience working in Financial Services CII R02/R04 Qualified or have a keen interest in Pension & Investments Benefits Generous Holiday Entitlement: 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell 5 days.
