They are seeking a Client Representative on the Business Insurance Surety team to manage client relationships, handle surety transactions, and support the Client Executive team. Responsibilities Work directly with Producers, Client Executives, and clients to service and retain our existing & new book of business Handle both contract and commercial surety transactions, including marketing and placing new and renewal bonds, and processing cancellations, riders, endorsements, and reinstatements for existing accounts Manage daily service activities and urgent requests from multiple channels, monitor the bonds inbox, delegate and escalate as appropriate, and prioritize work to meet deadlines Responsible for billing new and renewal business, proactively following up on payments and resolving accounting issues for bonds as they arise Support projects assigned by the Client Executive team as needed Skills High school diploma or equivalent is required Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers Ability to assist with managing a book of business and to develop relationships to retain accounts Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills Be organized and meet deadlines Ability to provide ongoing support for team members and colleagues Property/casualty license or ability to attain is required College degree preferred Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Hybrid work Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities Health and welfare benefits Tuition assistance 401K savings and other retirement programs Employee assistance programs Company Overview Marsh McLennan is an insurance company that provides business insurance, employee benefits, and private client insurance solutions.
