Job Description

Job Title: Advance Associate- Sales (Territory Manager) – Test Prep Location: Aurangabad / Latur (Maharashtra) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to manage and expand our institutional Test Prep business in the Aurangabad, Latur, Nander, Beed & Jalna territory. The role involves driving B2B sales, building strong relationships with coaching institutes, and ensuring consistent market coverage. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow business from Test Prep institutes across the assigned territory Identify and onboard new institutional partners Drive adoption of print and digital learning solutions Ensure regular engagement with existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets Work closely with distributors to drive stock sales and market penetration Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities Key Accountabilities: Deliver on revenue targets through institutional business & distributor sales as per allocated territory .
