Our client in Watertown, MA is seeking a direct hire hybrid Business Intelligence / Data Analyst. The Business Intelligence / Data Analyst will work directly with Senior Leadership and gather core requirements to produce meaningful dashboards and reports to provide end users with the resources necessary to measure / achieve current and future KPIs. To be considered, you must have: • At least 5 years of experience gathering requirements in a data driven role to produce dashboards and reports in order to analyze company performance and monitor / develop KPI's and offer solutions to achieve desired company performance • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and organize daily / project activities • Excellent task planning, prioritization, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience with data reporting and visualizations tools • Any experience with SSRS, Power BI, and / or Tableau are strong pluses • Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Nice to have: • Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of EHR / EMR database structure • Master's Degree or equivalent professional experience • Experience working in mission driven environments / volunteer experience
