Confidential is seeking a versatile Bilingual Talent Specialist to join their healthcare division. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle while actively supporting talent development initiatives and administrative operations. Responsibilities Administer job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on selection criteria and hiring best practices Manage bilingual communication (English/French) and identify opportunities to leverage systems for a seamless candidate journey Collaborate with marketing to manage recruitment campaigns across social media, job boards, and internal referral programs Assist with orientation scheduling, new hire documentation, and first-day support Support the creation and delivery of training plans and instructional presentations to enhance employee skills Support the annual performance review cycle, goal-setting, and tracking of employee development Assist in identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into learning objectives Maintain recruitment trackers and utilize HR systems to analyze metrics such as 'time to fill' and training completion rates Design high-impact presentations and reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable narratives Manage data within Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) to ensure version control and collaboration Skills A College Diploma or University Degree focused on Human Resources or equivalent 1–2 years of progressive human resources experience Full professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Proactive 'talent hunter' mindset with excellent organizational and relationship management skills Occasional travel within Canada may be necessary Working towards a CHRP designation is considered an asset Company Overview This page is owned and operated by Viral Audience.
