CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. They are seeking an experienced claims adjuster to join their claims team as a Bodily Injury Litigation Claims Representative, responsible for handling litigation bodily injury auto claims including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. Responsibilities Investigate validity of claims, evaluate policy coverages, and determine if any special investigation unit referrals are warranted Make prompt contact with policy holders and other appropriate parties involved in the loss to obtain the necessary documentation, conduct recorded statements, etc Establish initial reserves based on gathered information and adjust as appropriate through completion of assigned claim Negotiate timely and appropriate settlements with claimants, attorneys, or other parties.
