Maintains smooth operation for Bank's IT security appliances/services. Duties security controls administration, maintaining documentation, tuning, and troubleshooting for security appliances/services performance. Enabling security service for the business operations. Ensuring smooth security operations of all security controls and enabling user requests. Responsibilities Maximum uptime of IT security controls & meeting the ITSM SLAs. Administration & maintenance of Bank’s IT security Infrastructure. Proactive monitoring of Firewalls/IPS and critical security components to assure the service availability & detecting/identifying potential security threats. Compliance to Mashreq Information security policies & adherence to security baselines. Security projects delivery/implementation. Technical writing. Handling migration of different secure networks and devices Impact analysis and root cause analysis Recommend and implement error free solutions Adherence to standards Problem and Incident Management Change Control Disciplines Audit, Security and Regulatory compliance knowledge Information Security Operations and Incident Management Qualifications 12-15 year of L3/L4 experience Checkpoint Firewall Palo Alto Firewalls Algosec Firewall Assurance Tools IBM Guardium DAM Force point Web Filters Proxy Fireeye NX Proxy Zscaler Azure Cloud Security Operations FIM Tripewire Ddos Arbor Ddos Radware R&S Cisco F5 WAF WAF Radware F5 Loadbalncer Email Forcepoint Email Fireeye Ex Cisco IPS Imprivata Single Sign on & 2 Factor Authentication Microsoft EOP Email Security" F5 LTM
