They are seeking an Attorney Request ChartSwap to join their team, responsible for reviewing attorney requests and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Review and verify submitted Attorney requests ensuring that all documentation is HIPPA compliant and that the patient’s information is valid Provide exceptional customer service while responding to and documenting electronic Attorney inquiries in a timely manner established by standard operating procedures Follow up and report status of pending, in process and completed requests Locate, organize and submit electronic patient billing and/or medical records Skills At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as well as Accounts Receivable experience A high school diploma Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word The ability to multitask and complete tasks within multiple electronic billing and medical record programs Some college preferred Experience using ChartSwap or other electronic patient record platforms preferred but not required Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.
