Position Overview: The SiteOne Supply Chain Team is searching for an Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a high-potential, high aptitude individual seeking an exciting and dynamic experience. The role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Inventory Solutions and will play an integral role in shaping how the company builds, implements, and optimizes its product assortment. These projects are part of SiteOne's Supply Chain evolution and tend to be cross functional in nature. This individual supports the development of scalable assortment management practices, enables data‑driven decision‑making, and partners closely with cross‑functional teams to bring a cohesive assortment strategy to life. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and energized by building stable structure in evolving environments. What You'll Do: Partner with Merchandising, Field/Sales, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure assortments are accurately reflected in all internal systems. Monitor assortment execution to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or delays, and proactively drive resolution. Maintain documentation and tools that support consistent and repeatable assortment processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine how assortments are planned, reviewed, and optimized Conduct SKU‑level and category‑level performance reviews to support rationalization and expansion recommendations. Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure alignment on assortment strategy and execution.
