The Finance Transformation Analyst supports strategic initiatives to optimize finance operations by partnering with various stakeholders, enhancing processes, and improving reporting capabilities. Responsibilities Support finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects Analyze existing finance processes and identify optimization opportunities Document current and future state workflows (SOPs, process maps, controls) Assist with project management activities including timelines, risk tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder updates Proactively track action items and ensure timely follow-up and completion Coordinate and facilitate meetings, working sessions, and project checkpoints Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training materials, and rollout support Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements Contribute to change management and adoption strategies Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong follow-through and accountability; consistently closes the loop on commitments and action items High sense of urgency with the ability to drive momentum and meet deadlines Self-motivated and proactive, requiring minimal oversight Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence and collaborate across functions Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Retirement & Savings Plan Emergency back-up child and adult care Paid vacation, sick time off, and holidays Professional development and career advancement opportunities Employee recognition and reward programs Employee wellness and assistance programs Employee discounts and perks Company Overview At Goodwin, we live your business.
