About the Opportunity DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing and fundraising firm partnering with major arts and advocacy organizations nationwide. We are currently hiring Remote Subscription Sales Representatives to support the Alley Theatre’s 2026–2027 subscription campaign. Your work directly helps sustain: Mainstage productions and new works Artistic development and commissioning Education and community engagement programs Long-term audience growth for a major American theatre What You’ll Do Contact past patrons, donors, and subscribers using provided lead lists Promote and sell subscription packages for the 2026–2027 season Represent the Alley Theatre in a professional, engaging manner Follow provided scripts and training to support successful outreach No cold calling — you are only calling patrons and onors of the Alley Theatre Schedule & Work Environment 100% Remote / Work From Home Part-time shifts (CST): Monday–Friday: 1pm–5pm or 5pm–9pm Minimum 24 hours/week Paid training + ongoing coaching Team participation via phone/video required What We’re Looking For Genuine passion for theatre and the performing arts (required) In a transitional career phase Pursuing flexible career opportunities Exploring part-time engagement Sales or fundraising experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working from scripts and handling objections Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable Basic technical proficiency and stable home setup Compensation $11/hour + commission Top performers typically earn $20–$25+/hour ⚠️ Must be working from Texas to be eligible How to Apply Step 1 (Required) Call (347) 407-7502 and leave a voicemail including: Name, phone number, email Where you found the listing That you are applying for the Alley Theatre Subscription Campaign Your qualifications and interest in the role Applicants who do not leave a voicemail will not be considered.
