Responsibilities Utilize our built-out CRM system and provided leads to identify potential real estate investments Engage property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals to build a strong network of leads Negotiate and secure favorable purchase agreements for off-market properties Execute effective strategies to acquire properties at competitive prices Maintain ongoing communication with leads, ensuring continuous deal flow Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Receive comprehensive real estate training, including potential reimbursement for your real estate license course Work closely with the owner of Range Property Group, Stephanie Seibert, to enhance your skills and knowledge Skills Proven success in sales, ideally in real estate or related fields The ability to work independently and meet goals effectively A proactive, creative thinker who seeks opportunities and delivers results Exceptional verbal and written communication to build rapport and negotiate successfully Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in all interactions Benefits Comprehensive real estate training, including potential reimbursement for your real estate license course.
