Responsibilities Understand customer needs and guide them toward practical solutions Learn about our products and apply that knowledge to real-world problems Take initiative to follow up on inquiries and uncover opportunities Work independently while staying connected to a small, supportive team Keep customer interactions organized and efficient using CRM tools Skills A natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Comfort with technology and an interest in technical concepts (we'll train you!)
