This is a remote position. Executive Search Consultant Mid to Senior Leadership Hiring Location: Remote | Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to lead and support searches for mid to senior leadership roles across functions and industries. This role is suited for someone who understands that strong hiring at senior levels is not just about matching resumes to job descriptions. It requires judgment, market insight, credibility with candidates, and the ability to assess leadership fit in context. What the role will involve · Managing end-to-end search mandates for mid to senior leadership roles · Understanding client context, role requirements, and success factors · Building strong candidate pipelines through research, mapping, networking, and outreach · Assessing candidates for experience, leadership capability, fit, and motivation · Presenting well-judged shortlists with clear insights · Managing candidate and client communication through the search lifecycle Requirements What we are looking for · 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or high-quality talent acquisition · MBA in HR or equivalent qualification · Strong capability in market mapping, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management · Ability to engage credibly with senior professionals and exercise sound judgment · Strong written and verbal communication · High ownership, professionalism, and comfort working remotely and independently This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution with real thinking ability - someone who can spot patterns, make sound judgments, and contribute meaningfully to search strategy, not just process. You can work out of anywhere as long as you have access to excellent internet connection, a space from where you can work without getting disturbed and within India time zone. There will be a fixed salary and very good incentives for closing positions.
