They are seeking a talented Junior Travel Copywriter & Content Coordinator to create engaging content that inspires clients and supports travel advisors, focusing on luxury travel storytelling. Responsibilities Write and edit engaging, polished travel blogs and consumer-facing emails in an editorial voice Highlight destinations, luxury experiences, and preferred partners naturally and inspirationally Develop approach guides and destination narratives for MVT travel advisors Maintain a consistent, on-brand editorial voice across all digital content channels Ensure all content meets high editorial standards for grammar, punctuation, style, and accuracy Produce social media copy and short-form content in support of broader marketing campaigns Assist with CRM content updates and campaign coordination in HubSpot Help coordinate the editorial calendar across blog, email, and social channels Conduct research on travel trends, destinations, and partner offerings to inform content strategy Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support integrated content initiatives Support the incorporation of preferred partner programs into all relevant content touchpoints Skills Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a polished, editorial voice Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy Background in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field Demonstrated ability to write in multiple tones and formats Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms Basic graphic design sensibility and visual storytelling instincts Passion for travel, luxury hospitality, or consumer lifestyle content Experience managing content calendars or coordinating across teams Benefits Full-time position with benefits Company Overview Montecito Village Travel offers local or specialized travel agents and trip deals.
