They are seeking a Securities Operations Specialist I to perform a variety of operational securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Responsibilities Performs a variety of operational securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems Duties may include differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquiries; addressing and resolving customer inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed to support internal business partners and/or clients/investment managers; reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents; Participates in revising departmental procedures Coordinates situations that involve other departments Processing and reconciling transactions to ensure timely settlement and accurate recordkeeping Reviews daily reports to identify discrepancies and maintain SLA compliance Answers routine questions from clients to ensure consistent client support Mitigates operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operational procedures Assist in training, professional development, and assisting with procedural updates Performs other duties as needed and participates in special projects as required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment SEI Trust 3000 experience a plus Benefits Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.
