Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is a leading company in the equipment rental industry, seeking a Digital Optimization Analyst. This role is responsible for enhancing digital conversion performance through experimentation, data collection, and site improvements for websites and mobile apps. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day analysis and tactical support using the search tech stack Execute A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target, including basic configuration, QA, and daily monitoring of active tests Use Google Analytics and ContentSquare to identify customer friction points, heatmaps, and error patterns to inform new test ideas Perform routine tuning and configuration of onsite search through Coveo, including adjusting relevance models and monitoring search-driven conversion Update Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards to track conversion KPIs; provide monthly reports on test impact and site health Monitor key metrics—conversion rate, cart abandonment, and error rates—and escalate performance anomalies to the technical team Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure proper tagging and measurement are in place for new feature releases Keep the optimization backlog organized, ensuring all ideas are documented with their corresponding data-driven hypothesis Skills Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, data science, business, or related field; master's degree a plus 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics (GA4, Google Ads, and Looker Studio) Functional knowledge of Adobe Target or other experimentation tools Ability to clearly explain 'what' happened in the data and ensure reporting deadlines are met consistently Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills; able to interpret complex datasets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills interpreting complex datasets Ability to manage and collaborate with onshore, near‑shore, and offshore vendors Intellectually curious, hungry to analyze and comfortable shifting between strategy and execution Thrives in a fast‑paced environment; adaptable to changing business needs Strong bias for action with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives Self‑starter who takes ownership, works independently, and brings energy and positivity to the team Prefer experience in SQL, PowerBI, and other data tools Benefits Health, Dental and Vision plans 401(k) Match Volunteer time off Short-term and long-term disability Accident, Life and Travel insurance, as well as flexible spending Tuition Reimbursement Options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Length of Service Awards 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service 5 sick days 6 holidays 2 half day holidays 2 floating holidays 1 inclusion day 1 volunteer day Company Overview At Sunbelt Rentals, we provide the tools, equipment, and support our customers need to build and maintain the world around us.
