Our team of experts is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data analytics to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Logistics Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Performing in-depth analysis within the arenaflex route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets for Walmart and Sam's. * Conducting transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Analyzing the order to cash value chain to determine impacts on cost, service, and waste, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. * Collaborating with Walmart and Sam's to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins. * Creating and presenting relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment and drive business growth. * Analyzing, validating, manipulating, and interpreting complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities. * Leading cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Collaborating with customer and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with customer using our industry standards. * Analyzing internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve. * Addressing all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Developing strong relationships with sales to ensure all needs are met, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Developing appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel to ensure strong performance management and drive business growth. * Becoming a Retail Link SME for the organization, providing expert knowledge and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen, including the end-to-end order management process. * Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets, with a strong understanding of data analytics and visualization. * Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI, and advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required). * Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus), with a strong understanding of order management, customer service, and customer fulfillment. * Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment a plus, with advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate cross-functionally, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. * Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making, with a strong focus on outcome-driven results. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Medical, dental, and vision plans to support your health and well-being. * Employer match 401k and profit sharing plan to help you save for the future. * Employee stock purchase plan to give you a stake in the company's success. * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement. **Why join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our customers and partners.
