Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of airport services. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, often in harsh weather conditions (heat, rain, snow). You'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
