If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a genuine care for the needs of others, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing arenaflex products and services * Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment, supporting each other to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience * Ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, stock management, and compliance with health and safety regulations * Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition * Support local community initiatives and events, getting involved in activities that make a positive impact on the community **Essential Qualifications** * A genuine care for the needs of customers and colleagues * Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues * A positive approach to change and problem-solving * The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till * Ability to lift and move stock, and stand for long periods * Basic computer skills and familiarity with arenaflex systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their skills.
